At Ember Shop, we value your trust and strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy below:

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery within India takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

For remote or rural areas, delivery may take a little longer.

You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies.

Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional fee.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across all major cities in India.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Delays

While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier service disruptions, or festive rush.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. Ember Shop will not be responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect details provided.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link to follow your package’s journey.
